Preperation
In order for us to photograph your property efficiently, be sure to prepare for it! Especially for still-lived-in homes, make sure the entire house is cleaned and de-cluttered. The photo above is a good example. Also pull any vehicles out of the driveway before appointment time so the photographer can get to work immediately on the exterior.
Entrance to property
Make sure your requested date and time is scheduled with whomever will be on location at that time, so the photographer has no problems entering. If no one will be present, make sure you enter the lockbox code or SupraKey CBS code on the information form before you click "Checkout".
