STORE POLICY
Ordering and Delivery of product
Ordering through the online store creates your appointment and schedules you on our calendar. The photographer won't have you on his schedule until your order is entered and paid for.
All property photography packages are digital, and are delivered electronically through Google Drive, or Dropbox. Each client has a master folder and will receive folder invitations for each property shot when the photos/videos are uploaded. It's important for you to download your files immediately; We do not guarantee any long-term storage of your files after the link is delivered to you.
All photo/video packages will be delivered within 24 hours of the end of the shoot, unless the client has also ordered a Rush Job (same day delivery, on the day of the shoot), in which case, will be delivered by midnight.
Privacy & Safety
Air & Ground Property Photos uses secure payment systems, specifically Stripe and Paypal, to accept payments. All payments are automated through those systems, so we do not store credit card or other personal information on file.
***Cancellations***
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so before the day of the shoot. We'll work with you to reschedule. If no reschedule is wanted, your order will be refunded 100%.
In case of a Same-Day Appointment Cancellation, all but $45 will be refunded to you. If you need to reschedule that shoot, a new order will then need to be entered and paid for by you. This policy effectively acts as a deposit against same-day appointment cancellations, where those time slots could have been re-filled with more notice.
A Same-Day Appointment Cancellation occurs when:
-- The photographer is told, the day of the appointment, that the shoot is altogether cancelled, or needs to reschedule for another day
-- The photographer is told, the day of the appointment, that the client wants to reschedule for later in the day, but all appointment time slots are taken
-- The photographer cannot enter the property within 20 minutes of scheduled appointment time
(photographer will then have to leave to next client's appointment)
-- More than a 20 minute delay of the appointment time is needed before the photographer can start shooting the property due to the property still being prepared
